Satisfactions of Executives and Teacher Trainers toward Professional Experience Training of Physical Education Students (the 5 years program), The Faculty of Education Academic Year Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in the 2013

Abstract

            This research aimed to know satisfactions of executives and teacher trainers toward professional experience training of Physical Education (5 years program), Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, Academic Year 2013. The researchers chose purposive sampling to collect data from executives and teacher trainers of the schools that provided teacher training programs for fifth year students majored in Physical Education. The participants consisted of 39 executives and 26 teacher trainers.  A questionnaire with .95 reliability value was used and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            Research results

            Result of satisfactions of executives and teacher trainers toward professional experience training of Physical Education (5 years program), Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, Academic Year 2013 for overall was at highest level (4.36). When considered on each issue, the administrators and teachers were satisfied with the standard of conduct of the study (4.57), followed by Professional ethics of teachers (4.46), Operational in schools (4.36) and Professional standards (4.23), and Standard of knowledge (4.20), respectively
