Satisfaction with The Services of Private Hospital Services in Muang Districit, Chanthaburi

Abstract

This research aimed to study the level of satisfaction of customer service with the quality of its services of private hospitals in Muang district, Chanthaburi and to compare the differences in levels of satisfaction with the quality of the customer service of private hospitals In Muang district, Chanthaburi according to legal status of patients.  The samples were 400 people. By means of a simple random sample was selected using the age of 15 years at the outpatient department in private hospitals with general healthcare in the city, Chanthaburi The tools used in the study, were a questionnaire. With The reliability of 0.81 Data analysis was percentage, means, standard deviations, t-test frequency, and the F -test.

The results showed that the level of satisfaction of patients to private hospital In Muang district, Chanthaburi was moderate in overall. The results were analyzed by Convenience, Coordination information obtained from the customer service, The quality of its service and the cost of the service provided by the hospitals. When comparing the satisfaction of private hospitals According to the status of their Customers, the results found that each gender had different perception of the condition of their illness, there fore it affected their satisfaction with no statistical significance. According to age, Occupation, education background, Family income per month and the different severity of illness, it affected the difference of their satisfaction with statistical, significance at .05
