Education Activities to Cultivate Moral Condition of the Basic Eight Schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study and compare conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices. The sample consisted of 33 school administrators 303 teachers in the academic year of 2013 classified by sex, position, work experience and educational level. The research instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistic used for data analysis were means, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA and the Scheffé method for pair comparison.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) Conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices were high levels in all aspects. 2) Conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices classified by sex were different efficiency did not differ statistically significant except in Politeness aspect were statistically significant different at the .05. level 3) Conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices classified by position were different efficiency did not differ statistically significant except in Hard Working aspect, Faithfulness aspect and Cleanness aspect were statistically significant different at the .05. level 4) Conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices classified by education level were different efficiency did not differ statistically significant at the .05 in all aspects except in Hard Faithfulness aspect and Co-ordination aspect were statistically significant different at the .05. level 5) Conditions of eight basic normal cultivate activities of schools in Rayong Primary Education Service Area Offices classified by work experience different efficiency did not differ statistically significant in all aspects except in Hard Working aspect and Cleanness aspect was statistically significant different at the .05.
