A Study of the Factors Administrators of the Lab School Project under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education Service Area

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to Study and compare the administrators of the lab school project under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education Service Area towards the opinion of the administrators and teachers. The sample consisted of 16 administrators and 175 teachers. The research instrument was a five-rating-scale questionnaire and the data were analyzed by percentage, mean, reliability, standard deviation, t-test independent and One-way ANOVA
The results of the study were as follows: 1) The factors administrators of the lab school project under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education Service Area, reveal high in general all aspects of the study. They were put in order from high to low as the following: the educational supervisor, administrators, students, schools, guardians and community and teachers 2) The administration of the lab school project according to the opinions of administrators and teachers was different at .05 whereas there were no significant difference in the comparison of administration in each phase of lab school project. Considering in pairs, it was found that the administrators of the first phase and the second phase and between the first phase and the third phase were different statistical significantly at .05
