Desired Charateristics of Graduates From Bachelor of Economics Program, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, According to the Standardized Education Qualifications Framework

Abstract

         The study on "Desirable Characteristics of Graduates from the Bachelor of Economics Program, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, According to the Standardized Educational Qualifications Framework" aimed to explore the desirable characteristics of economics graduates from the perspectives of employers, graduates, and current students. This research was quantitative, utilizing a questionnaire about the desirable characteristics of economics graduates according to the standardized education qualification framework as the data collection method. The sample group consisted of 78 participants. The research statistics used were the mean and standard deviation. The result revealed that the overall satisfaction score averaged 4.21, indicating a high level of satisfaction. When separated into five dimensions, the dimension of ethics and morality had the highest satisfaction level with an average score of 4.60. The knowledge dimension had the highest level of satisfaction at 4.33. The interpersonal skills and responsibility dimension had a satisfaction score of 4.20. The intellectual skills dimension had a satisfaction score of 4.01. Finally, the analytical, communication, and information technology skills dimension had an average satisfaction score of 3.88.The top five desirable characteristics of economics graduates according to the standardized educational qualifications framework of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, were as follows: 1) Honesty and integrity in work, ranked first, 2) Self-responsibility 3) discipline, and punctuality 4) Knowledge and understanding of economic concepts and principles with basic theories; And 5) Ability to apply concepts, principles, and theories to analyze various economic situations.
