FACTOR OF THE PREPARATION OF PERSONNEL FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF QUALITY ASSURANCE OF PRIVATE TECHNOLOGICAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COLLEGES UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISSION IN CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

assurance, 2) to study the achievement of educational quality assurance in term of employees' participation, 3) to study the preparation factors of instructors, executive, students that affected educational quality assurance in employees' participation, and 4) to create forecast equation for the achievement of educational quality assurance in employees' participation of private technological vocational education colleges under the office of the private education commission in Chonburi province. The sample population of this study were 198 instructors, 90 executives, and 400 students (N=688). The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Data was collected from September to November, 2013.
The research findings were as follows: Instructors and executives had working motivation, attitude, executive leadership, academic leadership, organization environment, and awareness factors were all at a high level. Moreover, in the range of 80-100, 42.70% of instructors and executives possessed knowledge in educational quality assurance system. 75.00 % of students had awareness, attitude, and knowledge in educational quality assurance system; moreover, awareness and attitude were all at a high level. The achievement of educational quality assurance in employees' participation was at the high level. The result of enter multiple regression analysis as follows: Preparation factor of instructors found that organization environment and awareness affected the achievement of educational quality assurance. There were also significant differences at .05 level. Preparation factor of executives found that awareness affected the achievement of educational quality assurance. There were also significant differences at .05 level. Preparation factors of students found that attitude and awareness affected the achievement of educational quality assurance. There were also significant differences at .05 levels.
