Abstract
ภาษาเป็นวัฒนธรรมการสื่อความหมายสะท้อนภาพวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละกลุ่ม การเรียนรู้ภาษาจึงไม่ใช่เฉพาะการรับรู้ตัวอักขระ ความหมาย ไวยากรณ์ และการเรียบเรียงถ้อยคำเท่านั้น แต่รวมถึงการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมเจ้าของภาษา เนื่องจากการสื่อสารของมนุษย์เป็นกระบวนการที่มีความสลับซับซ้อนและการสื่อสารความหมายผิดพลาดได้ง่าย ดังนั้น การสื่อสารจึงต้องใช้ทั้งวัจนะภาษาและอวัจนะภาษาร่วมกัน
