The state educational administration of higher level institutions and the characteristics of organization promotes Innovative.

Abstract

This study aimed to find the state educational administration of higher level institutions in Prachachuen research network, and the supporting  innovative organization and to find the relation between the state educational administration of higher level institutions and the supporting innovative organization. The sampling used for this study was 362 instructors and educational personnel. A questionnaire was used as a tool. Data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and  Pearson correlation coefficient.

The findings revealed that the state of higher level educational administration obtained an overall moderate level. In ranking the highly aspects were administration aspect and research administration aspect. The moderate aspects were academic administration,  human resources management, and  the academic service community. While level of the character of supporting innovative organization obtained a moderate level of all aspects. The relation between the educational administration and the supporting innovative organization of all aspects obtained a high to highest level.
