MANAGEMENT MODEL ACCORDING TO SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to determine the factors of development of the school management model according to sufficiency economy philosophy; 2) to present the school management model. The research methodology consisted of three steps: Delphi Technique, Focus Group Discussion and Evaluation. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The median and interquartile range were also computed to test the accordance postulated of the study.
Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that:
1. The group of educational experts was strongly agreed with the factors and indicators of development of the of the school management model according to sufficiency Economy Philosophy. Based on group discussion, all nine school principal agreed with the model of the school management model according to sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
2. Overall the opinions of 165 administrators toward the school management model according to sufficiency Economy Philosophy were at high level ( = 4.65)
