Abstract

The objectives of this research were to findout the antecedent factors on demographic, professional, social characteristics related with self-leadership: and the leadership levels related with the officers of sub-district Administrative Organization of Muang Udon-Thani Province, Udon-Thani Province.
The population in this research was eighty-nine officers of sub-district Administrative Organization statistical tools using for gathering data was questionnaire. The result of the research revealed that (1) the majority of respondents were male, ages among 41-50 years old, graduated in master degree, married, periods of work among 11-15 years and average salary among Baht 20,001- Baht 30,000 the leadership levels in overall was in moderate level.
The results in each aspect were in constructive thinking strategy, behavior strategy, and nature reward strategies respectively. The hypothesis test revealed that. The period of work was related with behavior strategy in moderate level, the officers who had worked for eleven to fifteen years had worked with behavior strategy in higher moderate level and the period of work was related with constructive thinking strategy in moderate level, the officers who had worked for eleven to fifteen years had worked with constructive thinking strategy in higher moderate level, and besides were not related.
