Effect of GeoGebra Software on 11th Grade Students’ Mathematics Achievement in Functions
Keywords:
GeoGebra Software, Achievement, FunctionsAbstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effectiveness of learning management plans using the GeoGebra program according to the criteria of 75/75, 2) to compare students' learning achievement before and after using learning activities using the GeoGebra program, and 3) to study learning satisfaction. The sample in this research consisted of 29 students of 11th grade students on functions lessons in semester 1 of the academic year 2022 at Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Kalasin College, Kalasin, Khao Wong District, Kalasin Province, this is obtained by cluster random sampling. Research tools include: 1) 6 learning management plans, 2) learning achievement test on functions lessons, and 3) the student satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data include average, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test
The results of the research showed that 1) the results of the development of the efficiency of the learning management plan on functions using the GeoGebra program in 11th grade were effectively equal to 78.45/79.48, which met the criteria set at 75/75 2) using the GeoGebra program for 11th grade, the post-school test score was statistically significantly higher than before class at the level of .05. 3) Satisfaction study data analysis results students were most satisfied.
