ความสุขในการทำงาน : ความหมายและการวัด

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับความสุขในการทำงาน โดยนำเสนอความหมายของความสุขในการทำงานและการวัดความสุขในการทำงาน พบว่า ความสุขในการทำงานเป็นความรู้สึกของบุคคลที่มี ต่อการทำงาน ความรู้สึกเหล่านี้มีทั้งด้านบวกและด้านลบ โดยมีสิ่งบ่งชี้ในหลายลักษณะส่วนการวัดความสุขในการทำงาน สามารถวัดได้จากความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ ความทุ่มเทในการทำงาน  ความผูกพันในงาน ความเจริญก้าวหน้าในงาน ความกระปรี้กระเปร่าในการทำงาน ความสุข 8 ประการ และความเหนื่อยหน่ายในการทำงาน
