Factors Affecting Primary GMP Management of Bangchang Community in Banchang Subdistrict, Ampawa District, Samut Songkhram Province

Abstract

            This research proposed 1. to examine the factors affecting management in submitting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (Primary GMP); 2. to examine the standards for submitting compliance with Primary GMP; and 3. to examine the guidelines for submitting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (Primary GMP). Using mean, percentage, and t-test to analyze secondary data to identify factors influencing management in submitting in accordance with the principles of good manufacturing practices (Primary GMP).

            The findings indicated that 1. Factors influencing the administration of submitting compliance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (Primary GMP) were determined to be: The average score for advice from relevant agencies in obtaining permission to produce food in accordance with Primary GMP criteria was 3.09, with a standard deviation of 0.30, and access to information sources. Mean value was 3.15 and standard deviation was 0.46  2. It was determined, through the accumulation of knowledge and comprehension of the application process and administration for Primary GMP standards, that 54.54% of the sample group possessed a high level of knowledge and comprehension regarding the GMP standard, followed by the maximum level at 40.9%. and 3. Guidelines for submitting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (Primary GMP) principles. It was discovered that sales promotion policies generate additional revenue a satisfaction level with a mean of 3.09 and a standard deviation of 0.35 can be interpreted as moderate.
