The Development of Cooperative Learning Activity Packages Using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) on Basic Music Notation to Develop Learning Achievement and Music Notation Reading Performance for Grade 7 Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) To investigate the basics of developing cooperative learning activity packages, 2) to create and find the quality of the learning activity packages, and 3) to study the results of using learning activity packages. The sampling group consisted of 32 Grade 7 students in Ranodwittaya School. The research instruments were as follows: 1) An interview 2) questionnaire, 3) cooperative learning activity packages, 4) lesson plans, 5) an learning academic achievement test, 6) a basic music notation reading test, and 7) a satisfaction of students on the learning activity packages.
The result showed that: 1) The database found that the learning activities package should have the variety of instructional media available, cooperative learning, the evaluation should be by doing the exercise and the activity in class, 2) the learning activity packages were appropriate overall, with the highest average of 4.93, 3) the student’s learning achievement after the learning management using the learning activity packages was higher than before with the statistical significance at the level of .05, 4) the students’ reading skill in the basic music notation after using the learning activity packages was higher than the percentage of 70 with the statistical significance at the level of .05, and 5) the students’ satisfaction on learning activity packages using team assisted individualization (TAI) was at the highest level with the mean of 4.58.
