Abstract
This research aims to develop Guidelines For Management For Sport Excellence Of Office Sport national Sports University Phetchabun Campus. The sample consisted of 400 students of the National Sports University, Phetchabun Campus in the academic year 2022, By using Crazy andMorgan's sample size estimation table, the statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. In-depth interviews with 3 sports office executives were conducted through purposive selection. This was a mixed research method using quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research collected data from questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.99 and an index of consistency (IOC) value of 0.91. Qualitative research collected data from structured interviews.
The research results found that 1) The opinions of 400 students who were a sample group on the current problems in sports management of the Sports Office were at a moderate level in all aspects. 2) Management approach according to the theoretical framework (POLC) has a clear vision, mission, goals, objectives and work structure. It must supervise and monitor operations, create motivation for work, have work policies but still lack follow-up meetings to solve problems. It must set indicators to evaluate results. It must increase the budget from inside and outside to develop the sports office. Theory (4M) must manage manpower for efficiency, spend budget for maximum results, manage appropriate equipment for benefits. Management must have in-depth, integrated analysis and link with strategy, policy and plan determination. 3) There is a plan and a mechanism for working by setting clear objectives and procedures, cooperating with internal and external agencies. The organization's management should be structured according to government regulations, specifying roles and responsibilities that are consistent, smooth, and non-overlapping, with complete sports facilities, specifying responsibilities, roles, and operations. The steps and details of the work must be clearly defined, with performance measurement and corrections and improvements made so that the results of the work are in accordance with the specified standards.
