Education as a Service for Instructional in the Digital Age

Abstract

IT Service System is the service that technology to satisfy and impress users. The technology is now high potential, reliable, stable and available both free and paid services. The service will focus on three target groups: faculty and staff, students and other person. Cloud Computing is an option for organizations to reduce the burden of investing in information technology. Cloud Computing is software and hardware implementation to provide software as a service (SaaS) and charges according to the actual usage rate. Education as a Service: EaaS is a service that students can learn by themselves anywhere, anytime, and anydevice. EaaS consists of 5 main components: 1) cloud provider 2) educational service 3) educational institute 4) instructor and 5) learner. EaaS is one of the best Instructional Model for educational institutions because it is the preparation of personnel in the organization to enter the digital era.
