Legal problems on Educational Management in Small–Sized School under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

                The purposes of this research were a) to study concepts, theories and related laws in Educational Managementb) to study in legal problems on educational management Small –Sized Schoolc) to analyze legal problems on educational management Small –Sized School in Thailand and other countries d) to propose recom¬mendations which will improve legal problems on educational management Small –Sized Schoolin Thailand inThe researcher is in the opinion that is highly necessary in order to seek for possible amendments that could benefit the fundamental education system in overall in Thailand anddevelop these legal measures to comply with the international standard order to comply with international standard. 
                 This research study identifies several problems relating the determination of quality standard within fundamental education in Thailand, as following
                 1. The problem with small schools is that there is a lack of teachers and staff and the annual budget provided to these schools for this particular purpose is insufficient. 
                 2. Private schools: Schools having been registered as juristic persons, leading to clear regulations on the determination of quality standard of fundamental education but only within its jurisdiction.
                 The researcher is in the opinion that is highly necessary in order to seek for possible amendments that could benefit the fundamental education system in overall in Thailand anddevelop these legal measures to comply with the international standard
