Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to evaluate the importance and compared successful factors, ready level factors, relationship between successful factors and ready level factors, and successful business operation model of manufacturing in Pathumthani Province based on a simple random sample of 355 respondents from a total of 3,222 managers. Statistical treatments used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ranking, One Way ANOVA; compare Least Significant Different (LSD), Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis to created successful business operation model. The analysis was conducted by computer program

  1. Majority of respondents were the manager was 207 respondents (58.3%), whose manufacturing had more than 200employees’ 124 respondents (34.9%), with investment less than 100 million Baht along with 141 respondents (39.3%), and working experience of 6 to 10 year experience 185 respondents (52.1%)
  2. Finding indicated that all area of studies became ready level factors be member of AEC with high significance level. However, the last 3 raking by mean were in term of the area technology development, communication, and employees respectively.
  3. Finding indicated that all area of indicate studies became area of successful factors with high significance level. However top five raking by mean in term of the first successful factors were risk management (x̄= 4.29), products with (x̄=4.13), Quality of management manufacturing ( x̄ =4.03), the intelligent of asset management (x̄=3.92), and create and innovation area of manufacturing (x̄=3.89) respectively.
  4. Hypothesis tested found that there were not significant different of successful factors classified by position, amount of employees, and financial investment amount of manufacturing.
  5. Finding indicated the relative between successful factors in term of risk management products, quality of management manufacturing and ready level factors be member of AEC were low significance level same direction.
  6. Successful business operation model of manufacturing = 9.551 + 6.28 create and innovation + 4.95 ability of international business + 4.90 risk management + 3.44 products + .29 social responsibility of manufacturing respectively (However this model had confident level 63 %)
