Knowledge management of private university

The research of Knowledge management of private university consists of 3 purpose; 1) to study factors of success that lead to success of knowledge management of private university, 2) to study success and process of knowledge management of private university, and 3) to purpose the model of successful knowledge management of private university.
The types of this research are both quantitative research and qualitative research. The researcher has used 253 managers in middle management of private universities in Thailand as representative sample, then used questionaires and interviews to collect data. Data analysis has been done by statistical software to find mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The Result of Research
1. Factors of success of knowledge management of private university are in the high level by overall image.
2. Process of knowledge management of private university are in the high level by overall image.
3. The result of hypothesis test has presented that; leadership, personnel in organization, and measurement and evaluation affect to process of knowledge management of private university at 0.05 significant; but organizational culture, technology, basic structure, and strategy do not affect to process of knowledge management of private university.
