Abstract

         This research objective aims at studying the teamwork of Samut Prakan FC team officials and to study the teamwork factor of Samut Prakan FC team officials, categorized into sex, age, marital status, educational levels, occupation, income and club’s membership, using the surveying research method and questionnaires for collecting information from 280 samples and the result of the survey shall be used for statistical analysis for mean and standard deviation. From the research on the teamwork factor of Samut Prakan FC team, it is found the majoring of sample group are more males than females with the average ages of 31-40 years old. Next is the average ages of 21-30 years old with single status, next to that group are the married status with the bachelor degree and master degree education or higher, earning the monthly income of 10,001-20,000 Baht. For the importance level on the teamwork factor, specially for the working atmosphere, it is found that the team officials agree to listen to the opinion and recommendation within the club. The club has provided the support on supplies and equipment sufficiently and suitably for their working to make them to be relaxed under the working atmosphere with the traces of smile and laughing. The researcher has explained and responded to the questions and found that most of the question respondents are males with the ages of 31-40 years old, single status, bachelor degree education and earning the monthly income between 10,001-20,000 Baht. The average points for the teamwork factor is in the much level. When considering separately for each aspect, it is found that on the working collaboration is in the much level, on the state of leader it is in the much level; on the communication it is in the much level; on the dispute management, it is in the moderate level.
