The Educational administration with transparencyand responsibility Of Phrae Special Education Center

Abstract

         The study of aims to study the study of education administration in transparency and responsibility of Phrae Special Education Center and compare the study education administration in transparency and responsibility of Phrae Special Education Center with personnel information. The samples were 48 personnel inPhrae Special Education Center. The questionnaire was a tool for collecting information,the statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

           The result of the study of education administration in transparency and responsibility of Phrae Special Education Center in overall aspect of the transparency education administration was at a high level, considering each aspect, it was found thatat high level of Planning and budget, and Personnel, respectively. And the result of the study of education administration in transparency and responsibility of Phrae Special Education Center in overall aspect of the responsibility administration was at a high level, considering each aspect, it was found that at high level of Academic and General management, respectively.The result of the comparison the study education administration in the transparency and responsibility of Phrae Special Education Center with personnel information of administrators, teachers, the nanny for children with disabilities, and janitors, was statistically different.
