The purpose of this research was to study quality of work life of teachers and educational personnel in Ctech pacific college of technology, Phayao. The research conducted to collect data on 97 teachers and educational personnel and used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The result of this research showed that quality of work life of teachers and educational personnel in Ctech pacific college of technology, Phayao in overall aspect was high level, considering each aspect, all aspects were at moderate level as follows Relationship with colleagues, Development of talent, The balance between family life and work life, The environmental work, The advancement and job security, and The remuneration and welfare, respectively.
