Learning Management in the Digital Disruption Era

Abstract

          In the era of Digital Disruption, there is a rapid change that affects society, economy, environment, livelihoods, and education, which includes the management of educational institutions. Therefore, executives need to change their attitude and the concept of management, learning management to keep up with the changing situations that occur. This is to enable educational institutions to create readiness to deal with changes that may occur in a timely manner and to be up-to-date on management to achieve quality learning management and has been accepted in all aspects. Digital Disruption is a phenomenon that is driven by people's behavior in using technology that is happening at the present time. Therefore, technology is new in every process. It should be used with knowledge, judgment and study and research for the use of technology including having to be prepared to deal with obstacles that may arise from being disrupted. Strategic planning to be in line with the changes that occur will help the management of learning management in the Digital Disruption era to be successful to the intended purpose.
