This research The objectives were to study the morale of private school teachers in Phayao province and to compare the work morale of private school teachers in Phayao province, classified by gender, age, position, work experience. The content scope was to study the morale of the private school teachers in Phayao Province. The content scope is to study the morale of private school teachers in Phayao province, divided into 5 aspects as follows: 1. Organizational commitment. 2. Responsibility 3. Success 4. The stability of work 5. Satisfaction in the nature of work. The population used in this quantitative research was teachers in private schools in Phayao Province (from the provincial education data, Academic Year 2021, totaling 323 people). The instrument used for data collection was a 35-item 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data are: population mean(µ) population standard deviation(σ) statistical value calculated from t-test(t) statistical value calculated from F-test or one-way analysis of variance(F) sum of deviations On squared(SS) degree of freedom(df) Mean sum of squared deviations(MS) and population in qualitative research The group of key informants from the interviews were educational administration personnel. Academic field of education, knowledgeable experts, 10 people, with a scope of time from January 1 - July 31, 2022.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The morale of the teachers in private schools in Phayao Province. Overall, it is at a high level and considering each aspect. It was found that the responsibility was at the highest level, followed by the commitment to the organization at the high level and the success. Security at work And the satisfaction in the job characteristics had the same effect at a high level. and 2. Challenge the jurisdiction of the school teacher's court. splendid
