Abstract

           This research is titled  Welfare of universities in the southern region: under the context of human resource management Model the  Asean Community Objective 1. To study The Model of Management with Democratic Sweden’s Welfare State Consisting of Family benefits Social security benefits Housing benefits Educational benefits Job benefits 2. To study Human  Resource  Management  Model the  Asean Community Consisting of Knowledge Management Talent Management  Performance Assessment Information system Marketing 3. To study the relationship between The Model of Management with Democratic Sweden’s Welfare State and Human  Resource  Management  Model the  Asean community.4.To analyze the path between the influential relationship of the welfare management of universities in the southern region and human resource management. 5. To study the welfare of the universities in the southern region and the quality of human resource management by the samples studied. Consisting of 1,280 senior management, middle level, operating level in quantitative format and from 5 middle level top level executives in qualitative form By in-depth interview The results of the research showed that
          1. The Model of Management with Democratic Sweden’s Welfare State The highest average value was job benefits, with an average of 3.565 at a high level. The second ranking was Social security benefits have an average value of 2.857 at the medium level. The third ranking is The educational benefits have an average of 2.568, the fourth highest level. Family benefits were at a low level 2.296, and the last rank was The housing welfare benefits averaged at 2.255, but at a low level, with an average of 2.707.
           2. Human Resource  Management  Model the  Asean Community style The highest average was the performance evaluation ranked first with an average 3.639 ranking second, knowledge management averaged 3.567, the third was Information system , with an average 3.566 ranking, the fourth. Management with high talents - HR has an average of 3.446, and the last marketing has an average of 3.221, but the overall average is at a high level with an average of 3.488.       
           3. This study suggests that Welfare of universities in the southern region: under the context of human resource management Must have the following process: Knowledge management - HR of contemporary human resource management in the ASEAN community in relation to the welfare management model using the Swedish state welfare system at a high level, confirming the idea that Knowledge management is an important factor in creating The welfare management model using system found that the Information System of the human resource management in relation to the welfare management model using the Swedish welfare system at a moderate level confirms the idea that the information system is an important factor in creating Model of welfare management with the Swedish welfare state system Which can be concluded that Knowledge Management (0.553), Information Systems (0.345) correlates with The welfare management model using the Swedish state welfare system in terms of job benefits (0.914), which generally shows very high correlations
           4. This study suggests an analysis of the relationship routes that influence between The welfare of universities in southern Thailand and human resource management.
