Teachers’ and Educational Personnel’s Satisfaction towards Educational Administrators of the Vocational Educational Office in Chiang Rai province.

Abstract

          Research on teacher and educational personnel satisfaction towards school administrators under vocational education, chiang rai province. The objective of this study was to study the satisfaction of teachers and educational personnel towards administrators of vocational schools in Chiang Rai Province and to compare the satisfaction of teachers and educational personnel towards administrators of educational institutions under vocational education in Chiang Rai Province classified by gender, age, educational background, and income, population and sample. are teachers and educational personnel 248 people belonging to vocational schools in Chiang Rai province, the government, were randomly assigned the size of the survey sample according to the formula of Taro Yamane,1967  and use a questionnaire It is a tool for collecting data. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-test  and value F-test or one-way variance analysis. (One-Way ANOVA)             The results of the research revealed that in the aspect of driving the mission of the educational institutes Satisfaction in driving the mission of the school as a whole at a high level Support on learning management of educational institutions Satisfaction in supporting learning management of educational institutions Overall, it is at a high level. and the promotion of working atmosphere in educational institutions Satisfaction in promoting the working atmosphere of the school.
