Guidelines to the Best Practice in Administration of Milady Chantima Phuengbarami School for Child and Youth Development Project in the Wlderness Area in Accordance with the Initiated by her Royal Highnedd Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhon

Abstract

                The purposes of this research were to find 1) Guidelines to the Best Practice in Administration of Milady Chantima Phuengbarami School for Children and Youth development project in the Wilderness Area in accordance with the initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.  2) The confirmation of the guidelines to the Best Practice in Administration of Milady Chantima Phuengbarami School for Children and Youth development project in the Wilderness Area in accordance with the initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The results were confirmed by specialists in 4 areas; accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility. The research case came from Milady Chantima Phuengbarami School Phuphan, Sakon Nakhon, under the Office of Educational Service Area, Secondary School District 23. The instruments were a model presenting the best practices of the Office of the Basic Educational Commission and questionnaire. The data collected by interviewing the case study was composed with 1 school administrator, 1 school Deputy executive, 4 heads of the school group. 4 executives, 7 teachers, and 1 student president and 1 school committee president, totally of 15 persons and a group of experts to confirm the guidelines.
