Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the operational efficiency of service employees in insect and vector extermination businesses. A case study of insect extermination companies in Thailand. To study the relationship and influence between balance measurement factors and operational efficiency. and to present guidelines for increasing the efficiency of service employees, case studies of insect extermination companies in Thailand. How to conduct research The sample group used in the study was full-time employees. Pest control company in Thailand, numbering 400 people. The tool for collecting data is a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The research results found that the total sample group consisted of 400 people, most of whom were male, aged 26-30 years, single status, with 3 years 1 month - 6 years of work experience, and had a bachelor's degree. The period of operation is 3-5 years.
