Abstract

Research on Civil and criminal liability of the president of the provincial administrative organization: Study the case of resigning from position before the end of this term.   The objective is to study concepts, theories, and legal measures. and the problem of damage related to the state budget required to organize the election of the president of the Provincial Administrative Organization. This is due to the resignation of the president of the provincial administrative organization before the end of his term of office as required by law. with dishonest intent

             This research is a study to find ways to amend the law to increase both civil and criminal penalties for the Provincial Administrative Organization President who resigns before the end of his term with dishonest intentions so that the acquisition of the Provincial Administrative Organization President is Truly following the intent of the law through this research. It is document research (Documentary Research) by researching information from legal textbooks, articles and information from internet websites.as well as judgments related to the determination of civil and criminal liability.
