The research on the factors affecting the efficiency of academic administration of Chaiyaphong Phitthaya School, Phayao Province, has the following objectives:
1) To study the level of academic administration efficiency of Chaiyaphong Phitthaya School, Phayao Province, 2) Compare personal factors with opinions regarding the efficiency of academic administration at Chaiphanphong Pittaya School, Phayao Province, among administrators, teachers, and service users of the school. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires, which the researcher created based on the conceptual framework from the study of theoretical concepts, documents, and related research. Data analysis was done by finding the mean and standard deviation.
Research Findings
1. Factors affecting the efficiency of academic administration at Chaiphanphong Pittaya School, Phayao Province were found to be rated at a high level overall. When analyzed by specific aspects. 1) Teacher-related factors were rated highly. Teachers were observed to be dedicated in teaching, providing guidance, assisting, and facilitating students in activities. They also exhibited good personality traits, proper attire, appropriate communication, and professional conduct. 2) Student-related factors were rated highly. Students were found to study happily, maintain good habits, physical and mental health, and demonstrate discipline, honesty, perseverance, selflessness, and responsibility. 3) Administrator-related factors were rated highly. The school was found to consistently organize activities to develop students' potential and provide full support for students' education.
2. The results of the comparison of opinions based on gender and educational levels of the respondents showed no significant differences, leading to the rejection of the initial hypothesis. However, opinions based on age were found to differ significantly at the 0.05 statistical level, leading to the acceptance of the hypothesis.
