Factors Affecting on Decision to Use Blockchain Technology of Personnel Administration Division

Abstract

            This research aims to: (1) examine the demographic factors influencing the decision to adopt blockchain technology in the Personnel Administration Division ; (2) investigate the technology acceptance factors affecting the decision to adopt blockchain technology in the Personnel Administration Division; and (3) analyze the factors related to the application of blockchain technology that influence the decision to adopt blockchain technology in the Personnel Administration Division. This study employs a quantitative research approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The sample consists of 152 personnel from the Personnel Administration Division. Data analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, with hypothesis testing conducted using multiple regression analysis.
           The findings reveal that demographic factors such as gender, average monthly income, and work experience significantly influence the decision to adopt blockchain technology at a statistical significance level of 0.05. Additionally, technology acceptance factors, including perceived usefulness, intention to use, attitude towards usage, and actual usage, have a statistically significant impact on the decision to adopt blockchain technology at a significance level of 0.05. Furthermore, factors related to blockchain application, specifically security and transparency, also significantly influence the decision to adopt blockchain technology at a statistical significance level of 0.05.
