ตัวแบบการจัดการสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาตัวแบบสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของตัวแปรเหตุที่มีต่อตัวแปรผลของตัวแบบสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อพัฒนาตัวแบบสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method Research) แบบ Explanatory Research ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อนำไปสู่การทบทวนแนวคิด ทฤษฎีที่เหมาะสมต่อการกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดและการสร้างเครื่องมือแบบสอบถามเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติด้วยการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Model: SEM) และทำการยืนยันตัวแบบสมรรถนะด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างแบบจำลองเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อตัวแบบสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทยมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน โดยพิจารณาจากผลการตรวจสอบค่า Chi-Square, (χ2 ) มีค่าเท่ากับ 142.847 ค่า df เท่ากับ105 ค่า P-value เท่ากับ 0.058 GFI เท่ากับ 0.961 AGFI เท่ากับ 0.939 CFI เท่ากับ 0.995 RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.023 แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟประเทศไทย สามารถพัฒนา โดยการฝึกอบรม ในเรื่องของกฎระเบียบ เกมส์การแข่งขันกีฬากอล์ฟ ความรู้พื้นที่ด้านมารยาทการเล่นกอล์ฟ ความรู้รายละเอียดของสนามที่แคดดี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ โดยองค์กรจะต้องสนับสนุนทรัพยากร นวัตกรรม ทางเทคโนโลยีเข้าไปช่วยในการทำงาน และสร้างแรงจูงใจพลังหรือแรงขับจากภายในของแคดดี้ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์และคุณภาพสูงสุดในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของแคดดี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสนามกอล์ฟของประเทศไทย
