Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, and 2) compare the innovative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Chanthaburi Trat Secondary Educational Service Area Office based on the opinions of teachers, classified by gender, age, work experience, and school size. The sample for this study included 306 teachers from schools under the Chanthaburi Trat Secondary Educational Service Area Office for the 2024 academic year. By Stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an item consistency index ranging from .67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .99. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one -way ANOVA, and LSD.
The results of the study revealed that: 1) The overall and specific aspects of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Chanthaburi Trat Secondary Educational Service Area Office were rated at a high level. The highest mean was: creating an innovative organizational atmosphere, fallowed by creative thinking for innovation, having an innovative vision, teamwork and participation in innovation, and innovative risk management. 2) The comparison of innovative leadership among school administrators based on teachers' opinions, classified by gender, age, work experience, was not different their. Meanwhile schools with different sizes was statistically significant at the .01 level.
