Abstract

The air pollution in Thailand has had several causes which are soil preparations by slash and burn for cultivation such as maize, burning for fire break that cannot control, burning for forest food product, burning of some organizations for budget and benefit, etc. The conditions of these phenomena are being the problems increasingly and continually. These causes and facts are needed to explain by philosophy of social science methods for right understanding and appropriate solution. The first issue is understanding general appearances of these phenomena next, causal and facts explanation by deduction, causal and facts explanation by induction, causal and facts explanation by social interpretation and guidelines and also causal and facts explanation by realism and critical realism. The appropriate philosophy of social science methods for causal and facts explanation are social interpretation and realism and critical realism.
