Journal of Philosophical Vision
Background
The Journal of Philosophical Vision was established in 1995 (B.E. 2538) and has continuously published academic articles up to the present. The editorial board places strong emphasis on the quality of published works, beginning with the manuscript submission process, preliminary editorial screening, and rigorous peer evaluation.
All manuscripts undergo quality assessment by three qualified reviewers, both internal and external to the institution. This process ensures the maintenance and enhancement of academic standards in accordance with the policies of the university and the Thai Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI).

Aim & Scope
Aim
The Journal of Philosophical Vision aims to serve as a national academic platform for disseminating high-quality research and scholarly articles in Buddhism, philosophy, and related disciplines. The journal pursues the following objectives:
• To promote and support the creation of new knowledge in Buddhism, philosophy, and related interdisciplinary studies.
• To enhance research and academic standards in accordance with national and international quality criteria.
• To function as a platform for academic exchange among lecturers, researchers, scholars, students, and the general public.
• To encourage the integration of knowledge in religion, philosophy, and social sciences for practical application in sustainable social and national development.
• To serve as a reliable academic reference source and support the Open Access research publication system.
Scope
The journal welcomes manuscripts related to the following fields:
Buddhism and Philosophy
• Buddhist philosophy: Theravāda, Mahāyāna, and Vajrayāna traditions
• Interpretation of Buddhist scriptures
• Ethics, philosophy of religion, metaphysics, and epistemology
• Application of Buddhist principles in contemporary contexts
Political Science and Social Sciences
• Political philosophy and political theory
• Relationships between religion and society
• Community and social development based on Buddhist principles
• Contemporary issues in society, culture, and ethics
Education
• Buddhist approaches to teaching and learning
• Philosophy of education
• Buddhist educational management
• Educational innovation and curriculum development
Language and Culture
• Pāli, Sanskrit, and religious textual languages
• Academic translation and interpretation
• Religious culture, arts, and heritage
• Cross-cultural and interdisciplinary studies
The journal accepts research articles, academic articles, and book reviews in Thai and English. All submissions must undergo Double-blind Peer Review by at least three qualified reviewers.
Publication Process
The editorial board places strong importance on the journal management process, including:
• Manuscript selection
• Peer review by at least three experts in relevant disciplines
• Evaluation using a Double-blind Peer Review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in another journal.

The journal is published twice a year (biannually):

Article Processing Charge (APC)
As an Open Access journal without subscription fees, authors, institutions, or research sponsors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover publication costs. This allows articles to be freely and permanently accessible to all readers.
The APC for this journal is 3,000 Thai Baht.
