Abstract

The objectives of this research was identified the set of principles, criteria, indicators, and verifier for wellness tourism supply chain management assessment framework for Thai spa business entrepreneur using the in-depth interview. The sample was nine stakeholders in 3 groups (upstream group, midstream group, downstream group) of wellness tourism supply chain. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. A semi-structured in-depth interview was used to collect data. The research result was found that the wellness tourism supply chain management assessment framework for Thai spa business entrepreneur has four principles namely 1) Internal integrated management principle, 2) Management to expand market and customer,3) Stakeholder management principle, and 4) Financial and economic management principle, Including, the twelve criteria, thirty-six indicators, and one hundred and thirty-five verifiers.
