ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาล และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลเอกชนใน กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑลจำนวน 248 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลประกอบด้วยปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลคือรายได้ต่อเดือน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการบริหาร์จัดการ ภายในองค์กร ได้แก่ การสั่งการ การควบคุมและการวางแผน โดยทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 55.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 ดังนั้น จึงเสนอแนะให้ผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลเอกชนใช้ข้อมูลปัจจัยพยากรณ์ไปออกแบบนโยบายเพื่อเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการพยาบาลในกรุ้งเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
