Determinants of Money Management Behavior among Generation Z in Chiangmai Province

Abstract
This study examines the factors affecting the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Chiang Mai Province. Participants were 400 Maejo University students in Chiang Mai, aged 19 - 22 years. Data were collected using 400 questionnaires and analyzed through Multiple Linear Regression. The results revealed that most of the participants were female, with an average age of 21 years, and were first-year students. At the 0.05 significance level, parental socialization (PS) and self-control (SC) were significant predictors of financial management behavior.
