รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

This study was designed to develop a linear structural relationship model of factors effecting school effectiveness of school under the office of educational areas in the northeast provinces of Thailand. The multi-stage random sampling was applied for research samples which consisted of 560 schools from those offices. The research instrument was 5-point rating scale questionnaire was applied for data collection and earned data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows version 12 and the LISREL version 8.52 for skewness, kurtosis, confirmatory factors analysis and to investigate the consistency between the hypotheses model and the empirical data.

                The findings of this study were summarized as follows :

1. The structural relationship model of factors effecting school effectiveness was fitted to the empirical data. The final model developed showed that the fitness were as follows: c ² = 39.66,  df  =  95,  p-value  =  1.00,  RMSEA  =  0.000, SRMR = 0.013, GFI  =  0.99, AGFI  =  0.98, CN = 1832.08 and Largest standardized residual = 1.97
2. The direct effect has three factors as follow : participation management transformational leadership quality assurance which the coefficient values at 0.68, 0.07 and 0.07 respectively.
3. The indirect effect has two factors as follow : 1) transformational leadership with its effecting coefficient participation management value at 0.10 and another factor was quality assurance with 0.19 coefficient value 2) participation management with its effecting coefficient quality assurance value at 0.3
4. The total effect has three factors as follow :  participation management  transformational leadership and quality assurance  which the coefficient values at 0.71, 0.26  and 0.07 respectively.

                The R square of a structural linear equation model can explain the variances of schools effectiveness of 54  percentage.
