This research aimed to study 1) Efficiency of internal organization communication of travel agencies 2) Teamwork effectiveness of travel agencies 3) The relationship between efficiency of internal organization communication and teamwork effectiveness of travel agencies 4) Effect between efficiency of internal organization communication and teamwork effectiveness of Travel Agencies 5) Comparison of efficiency of internal organization communication of Sales Supervisor of travel agencies with the different type of travel business, periods of operation business, amount of listed funds and number of staffs 6) Comparison of teamwork effectiveness of Sales Supervisor of travel agencies with the different type of travel business, periods of operation business, amount of listed funds and number of staffs. The samples were 206 companies in Bangkok Metropolitan Region which systematic random sampling was applied. The research instrument was developed by the researcher from the research framework and the studied variables. The data were analyzed by the computer software. Multiple correlation analysis, a simple regression analysis and a multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the obtained data. This research findings revealed as follows :
- Sales Supervisor of travel agencies in Bangkok Metropolitan Region opined that their internal organization communications was efficient at a high level both overall and all aspects. Also they opined that their teamwork effectiveness at a high level both overall and all aspects.
- Travel agencies in Bangkok Metropolitan Region with the different type of travel business, , periods of operation business, amount of listed funds and number of staffs agreed that their efficiency of internal organization communication identical opinions toward an teamwork effectiveness.
3. From analyses of the multiple correlation analysis a simple regression analysis, and the multiple regression analysis showed that : 1) constructive feedback was correlated with and had a positive effect on overall teamwork effectiveness, relevant skills, mutual trust and negotiating Skills 2) Interactive management was correlated with and had a positive effect on overall teamwork effectiveness, clear goals, relevant skills, good communication, appropriate leadership and internal and external support 3) Use of communication channels was correlated with and had a positive effect on overall teamwork effectiveness and relevant skills 4) Proxemics and space design was correlated with and had a positive effect on overall teamwork effectiveness, mutual trust, unified commitment, good communication, appropriate leadership and Internal and External Support 5) Valuing Culture and Diversity was correlated with and had a positive effect on overall teamwork effectiveness, clear goals, relevant skills, mutual trust, good communication, negotiating skills, appropriate leadership and internal and external support. In addition, these findings will help increase all aspects of efficiency of internal organization communication, enhance working and clarify the yielding operational methods and mutual understanding in the organization. Leading to the organization attain its goals, succeed in their work and bring business’s progress and stability.
