รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were: 1) to study of community participation and support problems in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province, 2) create a model of community participation and support in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province, 3) to evaluate and confirm a model of community participation and support in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province. The research design was research and development, which was a mixed methods of quantitative and qualitative. The research was derided into three phases: Phase 1:  to study of community participation and support problems in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province. The sample 331 peoples, the instruments were questionnaires, the quantitative data analysis using statistical frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. Phase 2: Create a model of community participation and support in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province. The target group consisted of 24 peoples, the instruments were record of meeting, the qualitative data analysis using content analysis and conclusion for date collection. Phase 3: to evaluate a model of community participation and support in the child development centers under local government organization Nongkai province. The instruments were evaluation form, data analysis, synthesis, content, the results showed. The problem of community participation and support in the child. The overall is low with: 1) the problems was the establishment, 2) the problems was to promote and support, 3) the problems was the PR, 4) the problems was meeting the community, 4) the problems was follow and evaluation issues and 5) the problems in teaching management. the results of the model of development activities 34. The results of the evaluation was found that the overall rating was at a high level.

บทคัดย่อ

          วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย 2) สร้างรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย 3) ประเมินและยืนยันรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ  ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ  ระยะที่ 1  ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 331 เครื่องมือการวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 24 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยใช้แบบบันทึกประเด็นการประชุม  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองคาย  กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยใช้แบบประเมิน  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน พบว่า สภาพปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อยู่ในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านการจัดตั้งกองทุนส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ปัญหาด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ปัญหาด้านการประชุมประชาคมวางแผนการดำเนินงาน  ปัญหาด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ปัญหาด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน  ส่วนการสร้างรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีกิจกรรมการพัฒนา 34 กิจกรรม การประเมินความเหมาะสมภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
