แนวคิดกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตสู่ผลที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสมาชิกและชุมชน : กรณีศึกษากลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อสวัสดิการและการผลิต ตำบลคลองเปียะ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสมาชิกและชุมชนอันเนื่องมาจากการเกิดกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อ สวัสดิการและการผลิตตำบลคลองเปียะ จากการส่งเสริมของภาครัฐในการพัฒนาชุมชน เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้นของ ชาวชนบท โดยส่งเสริมเรื่องแนวคิดการรวมกลุ่มโดยการสร้างองค์กรการเงินชุมชนในรูปของ“กลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต”แนวคิดดัง กล่าวได้ส่งผลต่อสมาชิกและชุมชนตำบลคลองเปียะ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative approach) ใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะ ลึก (In-depth interview) เป็นการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะจงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย มีประเด็นในการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แนวคำถามที่วางไว้รวมทั้ง การศึกษาจากเอกสารและการสังเกตภาคสนาม ผลการศึกษาผลที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสมาชิกและชุมชนด้านเศรษฐกิจ พบว่า กลุ่มออมทรัพย์ เพื่อสวัสดิการและการผลิตตำบลคลองเปียะได้สร้างโอกาสให้แก่สมาชิกโดยสมาชิกกู้ยืมเงินมาต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพทำให้มี รายได้เพิ่มขึ้นเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของชุมชนก็ดีขึ้น ผลที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสมาชิกและชุมชนด้านสังคม พบว่า สมาชิกและชุมชนมีการช่วยเหลือ เกื้อกูลกันมากขึ้นสมาชิกมีความมั่นคงในชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้นจากการเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อสวัสดิการและการผลิตตำบลคลองเปียะ ผลที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสมาชิกและชุมชนด้านวัฒนธรรม พบว่ากลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อสวัสดิการและการผลิตตำบลคลองเปียะได้สร้างวัฒนธรรม ประชาธิปไตยให้เกิดขึ้นกับสมาชิก โดยผ่านการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มทำให้สมาชิกรู้จักเคารพสิทธิซึ่งกันและกันสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ในเรื่อง ความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต ขยัน อดออม มีส่วนขัดเกลาทางสังคมและยังส่งเสริมทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่เป็นรากเหง้าของชุมชน ให้ดำรงอยู่

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to investigate the results of the establishment of Khlong Pia subdistrict savings group for welfare and production of members and community. The concept of the government sector had enhanced community development to provide good opportunities and well-being for people in the rural area. The government sector supported the concept for community gatherings by establishing a community financial organization in the form of “Savings Group for Production”, which had been affected on group members and Khlong Pia sub-district community. This research employed a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews to specify at the target group. The structured interview questions including studying from documents and field trip observations were used for analyzing the data.

The results of the research in terms of economy affected to members and the community, it was found that the Khlong Pia sub-district savings group for welfare and production provided opportunities to members for the loan of extension for their occupation to increase their income that made economy improve as a whole. In terms of social effects, it was found that group members and the community helped each other more that made members’ life security was improved as a result of becoming members of the Khlong Pia sub-district savings group for welfare and production. In terms of cultural effects, it was found that a democratic culture was created among members through the group operation that enabled them to respect someone rights. The learning process was enhanced in honesty, integrity, diligence, and saving which produced disciplined society and also maintained art and culture that had been in existence forever.
