บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น เพื่อหาคุณภาพ
ของแบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และเพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติในการให้คะแนนแรงจูงใจใฝ่
สัมฤทธิ์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ภาค
เรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 จำนวน 670 คน ได้มาโดยการ
สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ชนิดแบบ
สำรวจ (Inventory) ที่มีข้อความนำแล้วให้ตอบ “ใช่” หรือ “ไม่ใช่” ให้ตรงกับความจริงมากที่สุด โดยเลือกเพียงตัวเดียวเท่านั้น จำนวน
36 ข้อ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามลำดับดังนี้หาอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ โดย
ใช้ t-test หาความเชื่อมั่น โดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (α - Coefficient) ของครอนบาค (Cronbach) และสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติของแบบ
วัดในรูปคะแนนปกติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. แบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น การทดสอบครั้งที่ 1 คุณภาพรายข้อด้านค่าอำนาจจำแนกของ
แบบวัด ทั้งหมด 40 ข้อ โดยนำมาหาค่าอำนาจจำแนก t ในระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ได้จำนวน 40 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนก t อยู่ระหว่าง
3.26 - 8.56
2. ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีค่าเท่ากับ .835
3. เกณฑ์ปกติ (Norms) เกณฑ์ปกติของแบบวัดแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในรูปคะแนนปกติ พบ
ว่า อยู่ระหว่าง t19 ถึง t71

This research aimed to construct an achievement motivation test for assessing grade 7th - 9th students’
motivation for achievement, to investigate its qualities, and to establish normal criteria for determining their
motivation for success. The sample group for this study consisted of 670 grade 7th - 9th students enrolled in
schools under Mahasarakham Office of Educational Area 3 in the second semester of the 2010 academic
year and acquired by using multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was an inventory survey
of 36 items for checking ‘Yes’ or ‘No. A computer program software was used for data analysis, and the
statistics used in the study were item analysis, t-test, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and normal scores for
setting criteria. The results were summarized as follows:
1. When the 40-item achievement motivation test for secondary school students was tried out, item
analysis revealed that the discrimination powers of all the 40 individual items were identified by the t values
within 3.26 - 8.56, at the .05 level of statistical significance.
2. The reliability of the achievement motivation test for grade 7th - 9th students was .835.
3. Regarding the normal measure of achievement motivation of grade 7th - 9th students, the scores were
within the normal t19 and t71.
