บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของ
คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้าน และประการที่สอง
เพื่อศึกษาปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานภาพกับขนาดโรงเรียนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การ
ศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่
คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2550 ได้จากการสุ่ม
ประชากรแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดโรงเรียน และสถานภาพของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กำหนดจำนวนตัวอย่าง จาก
ตารางเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 631 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบ
มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) มี 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .985 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้
เครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อหา ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)
และทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์ Two–way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของคณะกรรมการ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับ
ค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านความเป็นผู้นำด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และด้านความสามารถในการบริหาร
ตามลำดับ
2. มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานภาพกับขนาดโรงเรียนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะ
ที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน
ทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05;

The research aimed to study desirable characteristics of educational institution administrators,
as a whole and by aspect, according to the opinions of the basic education institution committees under
Kalasin Educational Service Office Area 2; and to study the interaction between the status of the
committee members and the size of the school under Kalasin Educational Service Area Office 2, and
the desirable characteristics of educational institution administrators, as a whole and by aspect. The
sample consisted of 631 basic education institution committee members in the academic year 2007
under Kalasin Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained through the stratified random sampling
technique incorporating the size of the school and the status of the committee members. The sample
size was determined according to the Krejcie and Morgan Table. The instrument used for data collection
was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with 60 items, and the reliability of the questionnaire was.99. The
statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Two-way ANOVA was
used for testing hypothesis.
The results were as follows:
1. The desirable characteristics of educational institution administrators according to the
opinions of the basic education institution committees under Kalasin Educational Service Area Office 2,
as a whole and by aspect, ranging from the highest to the lowest mean scores, were the aspects of
leadership, personality, morality and ethics, and administration ability, respectively.
2. The interaction between the status of the basic education committee members and the size
of the school under Kalasin Educational Service Area Office 2, and the desirable characteristics of
educational institution administrators, as a whole and in every aspect, was at the .05 level of
significance.
