บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธมีองค์ประกอบ 9 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ผู้นำสูงสุด นำเพื่อสันติสุขของมวลมนุษย์ 2) ผู้นำ มาประสานให้พากันไป 3) ผู้นำ ประสานคนภายในดุลยภาพแห่งธรรม 4) ผู้นำที่ดี ได้ทั้งคนได้ทั้งงานโดยไม่เสียหลักการ 5) ผู้นำที่แท้ เป็นสื่อที่แสดงตัวของธรรม 6) ผู้นำ สื่อสารให้ผู้โดยสารรู้เห็นทางสว่างตาสว่างใจไปด้วยกัน 7) ผู้นำ พัฒนาความต้องการของคน 8) ผู้นำ รู้ทั้งเจ็ดด้านซึ่งทำให้พร้อมที่จะจัดการ และ 9) ผู้นำที่ยิ่งใหญ่ มองกว้าง คิดไกล และใฝ่สูง ซึ่งทั้ง 9 ประการนี้ มีความเป็นสากล และใช้ได้ทุกยุคทุกสมัย (อกาลิโก) เนื่องจากมีความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดของผู้รู้ในปัจจุบันทั่วโลก
