Buddhism leadership : Universality and Agalico (Timeless)

Abstract
There are 9 elements of Buddhism leadership as following:- 1) the maximum leader; leading to the peace of mankind, 2) combining leadership; a leadership coordinate, 3) within the balanced scorecard properties fair, 4) a good leader people work without losing principle, 5) actual leader is media that shows an impartial leader of, 6) communication to passengers unaware of the bright way, bright mind together, 7) leadership development needs of people, 8) leaders know all seven items, which makes it ready to manage, and 9) The greatest leader is farsighted, ahead of and ambitious. All 9 aspects are consistent with the concept of Experts and Eminent Persons around the world. In addition, It is Universality and Agalico (Timeless).
