บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนผ่านการบริหารจัดการศึกษา 4.0 อย่างยั่งยืนของภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21เป็นตัวแปรสำคัญในการบริหาทางการศึกษาได้อย่างมีคุณภาพคือ การมุ่งผลสำเร็จของงานบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม การปฏิบัติการการประสานงานร่วมมือร่วมใจการบริหารจัดการการไม่ครอบงำทางความคิดการจัดการความรู้การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การสร้างเครือข่ายการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงการเป็นตัวแทนความเปลี่ยนแปลงการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์การใช้พลังสร้างสรรค์การคิดเชิงรุกการใช้ทรัพยากรที่คุ้มค่าประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล การกำกับติดตามและประเมินผลและการเป็นพลเมืองเทคโนโลยี
