Abstract
The transition of educationmanagement 4.0 for sustainable of strategic leadership in 21st centurywas important variable foreducational management to quality wereachievement emphasis,social norm, Implementation, co-ordination, management, non-ordering, knowledge management, organization cultural, relation, change intervention, change agent, paradigm-shifted, creative tension, criticalproactively, cost effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness, direction and evaluation, include literacy technology.
