บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพหุระดับของชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนประถม
ศึกษา โดยอาศัยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพหุระดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุป โมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพหุระดับ
ของชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างหรือมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล
เชิงประจักษ์ (Chi square = 260.844, df=49, CFI=0.950, TLI=0.927, RMSEA=0.073, SRMRW =0.046, SRMRB =0.068)
ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาวัดได้จากองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 องค์ประกอบ (การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านบุคคล
การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพระหว่างบุคคล และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพขององค์กร) ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง องค์ประกอบหลัก
ทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบย่อย 9 องค์ประกอบ ต่างเป็นตัวชี้วัดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพทั้งในระดับบุคคลและ
ระดับองค์กร
