Multi-Level Confirmatory Factor Analysis Of Professional Learning Community Model For Primary Education School

Abstract
This research was aimed at studying multi-level confirmatory factor Of Professional Learning community
Model For Primary Education School. It was a survey and development research with a multi-level confirmatory
factor analysis. The research findings indicate that the multi-level confirmatory factor model of professional
learning community had construct validity or consistency with empirical data (Chi-square = 260.844, df=49,
CFI=0.950, TLI=0.927, RMSEA=0.073, SRMRW =0.046, SRMRB =0.068). Professional learning community in
primary education school can be conceptualized and assessed by 3 strongly interconnected factor(personal
capacity level, interpersonal capacity level and organization capacity level) that are represented by 9
indicators and equivalent at both the teacher and school levels.
